About William J. Bicket, MD

Dr. Bicket came to the Charlotte area following his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Florida and a fellowship in Maxillofacial surgery in Akron, Ohio. He performed his general surgery training at the University of Kentucky and received both his medical and pharmacy degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Bicket is proud to be considered a top Charlotte Plastic Surgeon. His special interests include cosmetic surgery, breast surgery, reconstructive and laser surgery.
During his training, Dr. Bicket and his wife, Jeanette, also a Carolina graduate, served several times in mission hospitals in Africa and Bangladesh. He has been on a total of ten medical missions beginning in 1993.

Dr. Bicket is Double Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).

Our surgeries are primarily performed at the Presbyterian/Matthews Hospital. Dr. Bicket also has privileges at Carolinas Medical center, Presbyterian Hospital and Union Regional Medical Center.
